We will apply for the necessary tourism licence for you. Furthermore, we will provide you with all the necessary documents for the preparation of tax analyses by a tax consultant.

We are also happy to take over the tax representation for you. Finally, we report all guests to the local authorities.

Housekeeping & Guest Services

In order to guarantee your guests an excellent stay, we provide you with our professional cleaning team. Your accommodation will be perfectly cleaned after every stay. We have drawn up a 30-point checklist for our cleaning team to ensure consistent quality.

We provide you with hotel-quality towels and bed linen. Bathroom and kitchen utensils (tea, coffee, spices, shampoo, shower gel) are also included.

Social media marketing for your holiday property gives us a wide reach, direct interaction with potential guests and the ability to target your audience to increase bookings for you.

Stationary marketing for holiday properties offers us the opportunity to address local target groups directly and build trust through physical presence and targeted advertising measures at a local level.

FAQ

Can I also use my holiday home myself?
Of course. You can simply block the periods you want to use yourself in our calendar. This is completely free of charge for you.
What happens if friends and acquaintances want to rent?
First-degree family members pay no commission, only the final cleaning fee. Friends and acquaintances receive a special discount on the regular price.
Is there a minimum contract term?
Our contracts run for one year as standard and are always renewed automatically. However, the contracts can be cancelled free of charge at any time with 2 months' notice. Existing reservations will still be processed after cancellation.
What are the legal requirements?
In principle, Spain is a highly regulated country and it is important to comply with the applicable regulations in order to avoid sanctions. You first need a tourism licence. To obtain this, you must fulfil other requirements (such as an energy certificate and household contents insurance). You must also declare all income on a quarterly basis using a specific form for the Spanish tax office. Furthermore, all guests must be reported to the local authorities.
What does my guest pay?
The guest pays our commission and, if applicable, the commission of the booking platforms in addition to your base rate. The guest is also charged a cleaning fee. As the owner, you only pay the annual fee. We take care of the rest.
